🕒 Order Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipping, you may request a reshipment or full refund.
For UK orders, this window is reduced to 45 days.
Customs delays in certain countries may require additional time.
If your package is marked as “pending” or “alert” in tracking, please check with your local post office, as this is often due to address errors or unclaimed items.
📦 Orders Not Received
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, we require official documentation (e.g., a non-delivery certificate from your post office) before we can process a refund or reshipment.
👜 Damaged Items
For severe damage, we offer a full refund or replacement.
For minor flaws (e.g., surface scratches or creases), we may offer a partial refund or replacement, depending on the issue.
To qualify, please report damage within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
🔄 Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive:
The wrong product, color, or size — you're eligible for a full refund or replacement.
An incomplete order — we may resend the missing item or offer a partial refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Cases
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Wrong item/variant ordered by customer
Claims made after 30 days of delivery
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once your order is in preparation or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
📬 Return Location
Returns are only accepted at our overseas fulfillment warehouse. Due to high international return costs and transit delays (often over 3 months), we generally do not recommend returning items.
If you still wish to return a product, please contact us first. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility + 10% restocking fee
